When will I receive my order?

Once payment is received it takes us about 1-2 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-5 days.

Custom orders do takes time, but we usually dispatch it within a week.

Do you accept color customization?

All our designs are powder coated with a black matte finish but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize it according to your specifications. But please note color customization is charged extra.

I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens, please wait for a few days or contact us on wallmelodyofficial@gmail.com, so we can speed things up.
